Information entered in the builder
The quote builder processes the details you enter in your browser to prepare a message. It does not submit them to a NVTCS database or email service automatically. There is no automatic delivery or booking confirmation.
Email and text choices
Selecting the email or text option passes your prepared request to your own app and the address or number displayed. You choose whether to send it. Your app and communications provider process those messages under their own terms.
Local browser storage
The site may keep your selected cleaning service and community in session storage so choices carry between pages. Contact details and full requests are not intentionally saved in browser storage. A downloaded request is a file you choose to keep.
Hosting and measurement
Our hosting provider processes operational logs separately from the quote builder. We count public page views and contact clicks by day and page for our own dashboard. We use Google Analytics to measure visits and interactions on public pages. Analytics may use cookies. We send page paths and interaction names without quote text, names, phone numbers or email addresses. There is no on-site payment collection.
Keep sensitive information private
Do not include door codes, banking details, payment card information or identification documents in the builder. Arrange access instructions directly after the service arrangements are confirmed.
