How does NVTCS price recurring cleaning?
The quote depends on included bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, levels, current condition, visit frequency and extras. First-visit detail may be priced separately from ongoing maintenance. We provide a property-specific quote rather than publishing an unconfirmed universal rate.
Three sample scopes to compare
These are hypothetical planning examples, not completed projects or binding estimates. A compact two-bedroom home might include the kitchen, one bathroom, occupied bedrooms and a living area. A multilevel family home might add multiple bathrooms, stairs and a finished basement. A larger home might include guest suites, an office and a secondary kitchen. The same bedroom count can hide very different workloads.
What should a written estimate show?
Ask for the selected rooms and tasks, quantities, recurring frequency, first-visit work, requested extras, per-visit rate and any agreed discount. The payment arrangement and service term should also be clear. A total without those details is difficult to compare with another company’s quote.
How do I compare weekly, biweekly and monthly quotes?
Use the same room list and extras, then compare the frequency and expected upkeep between visits. Calendar-month service differs from an every-four-week schedule. A lower per-visit price does not necessarily mean a lower monthly spend when visits are more frequent.
Which extras need separate review?
Request appliance interiors, empty cabinet interiors, linen changes and other detail work individually. Describe significant buildup, pet hair, unusual access and finish restrictions. Confirm what is included and excluded before booking rather than assuming a starting price covers every task.
