What defines an NVTCS cleaning visit?
The written quote and service agreement define the included rooms, selected tasks, quantities, extras and exclusions. The website checklist helps you compare services; it is not a promise that every listed task is included in every visit. Confirm the actual scope before work begins.
Room-by-room priorities
Kitchen work may include agreed countertops, sink and appliance exteriors. Bathroom work may include selected fixtures, mirrors and accessible surfaces. Bedrooms and living areas may include agreed dusting and floor care. Hallways and stairs need to be identified along with rooms; appliance interiors and linen changes are reviewed separately.
First visit versus maintenance
Existing buildup can require more detail on the first appointment than on later recurring visits. Identify this starting work separately so the ongoing checklist is realistic. A maintenance visit is not automatically a deep clean, even when the home has not been cleaned for some time.
Access, products and finish instructions
Clarify the included levels, safe access, closed rooms, pets and material-specific care before the appointment. Ordinary cleaning does not include hazardous materials, mold remediation, high-access work, heavy lifting or specialist restoration by assumption. Supplies and product preferences are confirmed with the service plan.
How do I report a missed task?
Contact NVTCS with your name, service date and the specific included task that needs review. Photos may help explain the concern when appropriate. Use the written agreement for the applicable notification timing and remedy; the team must review the actual scope and circumstances. Do not send payment details or door codes in a general inquiry.
What changes between visits?
Discuss additional rooms, new occupants, renovation dust, heavy buildup or requested extras before the next appointment. Scope and price changes need agreement. The service agreement states billing, initial term, cancellation and rescheduling conditions; do not assume a competitor’s policies apply.
