After the renovation

Post-construction cleaning.
The finishing touch after the work.

Bring the cleaning plan into the renovation closeout. Review construction dust, retained finishes, occupied areas and the remaining work before agreeing on the final cleaning stage.

Confirm the work is ready

Tell us which trades are finished and which are returning. Ongoing sanding, cutting or painting can put dust back onto cleaned surfaces. Confirm safe access, cured finishes and the condition of utilities before scheduling.

Review the surfaces, not just floor area

Dust can settle on trim, fixtures, shelves and cabinet interiors. Send photos and list the affected rooms, surfaces and any protected areas. Adhesive, paint residue and specialty floor care require individual review; avoid assuming aggressive removal is suitable for a new finish.

Keep remediation separate

This service is not asbestos, lead, mold or biohazard remediation. Suspected hazardous material, unsafe debris and unresolved construction conditions need qualified assessment before a cleaning visit. Large construction-waste removal is a separate scope decision.

A little clarity before booking

Review plan the clean after a renovation, compare the cleaning checklist and find your service area. A request is not a confirmed appointment.

Keep planning.
