Calendar-month scheduling and every-four-week scheduling are different. Every four weeks is a 28-day interval; a monthly plan follows the agreed calendar-month arrangement. Confirm which schedule your quote uses.

Build a complete room list

If kitchens, bathrooms or pet hair need more attention between visits, compare a biweekly plan. Monthly service should reflect the condition at each visit; it is not automatically a deep clean or a whole-home detail package.

Agree on the work before the schedule

Kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, stairs and hallways are selected in your scope. Appliance interiors, linen changes and special detail work need individual agreement. We provide a property-specific quote rather than an automatic online price. The quote and agreement define the rate, billing arrangement, initial term and cancellation conditions.
